Dr. Vaseem Khatri is a radiation oncology physician dedicated to advancing patient-centered cancer care through precision treatment and clinical innovation. He joins Bardmoor Cancer Center with specialized training from the University of South Florida and the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, where he has been completing his residency in Radiation Oncology.
Dr. Khatri earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physics from Wayne State University. His clinical foundation is complemented by a strong research background focused on advanced radiation therapies, particularly in the treatment of brain metastases and breast cancer.
He has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, contributing to leading journals and oncology resources. His work has been presented at national conferences, including the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the American Radium Society.
Dr. Khatri is an active member of several professional organizations, including ASTRO, the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO), and the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO). He is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while advancing the future of cancer treatment through research and collaboration.
